1.Get to the bottom of the M32.
2.Turn left onto Temple Way (dual carriageway)
3.Go under the underpass
4.Down to the big new roundabout.
5.Go 270 degrees round the roundabout and head off right on Victoria Street (you should pass a hotel immediately on the right as you start going along Victoria Street).
6.100 Victoria Street is the first building on the right hand side (before the Hotel).
