Flexible working - work at home to look after a baby?
Am I correct in saying a Flexible Working request to work from home to look after a baby is not feasible? Flexible working is to work around child care, not replace it. As a responsible employer with both H&S in mind and ensuring that the hours an employee is to be working from home is actually spent working that child care should be in place during the proposed home working hours?
