Interviewing & Testing qualifications

Can anyone recommend an accredited qualification in Competency Based Interviewing and Psychometric Testing which is available in Scotland?  I know CIPD offer one on competency based interviewing and other companies seem to run courses however I would prefer to undertake a formal qualification.  Please help.
