Redundancy Pay

An employee who works 2 days per week is to be made redundant. The employe is contracted to work 2 days each week on set days but works extra days to cover holidays/sickness. The employee has recently worked one day per week extra to cover someone who was working temporarily in another office. When calculating redundancy pay should we include the overtime pay or are we able to calculate redundancy pay based on their contractual salary.
