I go back to Doug Shaw's comment about disengagement and the latest findings from Right Mangement, they polled 950 individuals to get there veiws on what they where going to do 60% where going to leave, I also have a point here if you treat people badly at anytime, good, bad or indifferent,they will remember, whilst we all hypothosise, we could do better, we never think about the emotional connection and how this shapes our future thinking, so if you have been neglegent as an employer, not converseing with your colleagues, in an open and honest manner you are going to loose people, you can recruit again, so begins the vicious circle, so what are we going to do differently.
