It is just my imagination, or is there an increasing demand for bite-sized learning? If so, (apart from reducing costs and minimising disruption) what are the benefits of this approach, and what formats are being used? Is e-learning getting a revival, is it taking the form of short-sharp workshops, or are we favouring a more-action centred approach?
I'd be really interested to find out what's being favoured out there, and what results are being achieved.
