This group aims to provide an exchange of ideas and views, both serious and lighthearted, about non-standard methods of recruitment - what works, what doesn't, what's a great novel approach, what's a novel approach that isn't so great.  From loitering in the places where your target candidates socialise, to the latest web-based approaches (hopefully more of the latter than the former).
