HR tip: Enforcing rest breaks and holidays

Question:"Many of my employees, especially managers, do not take their rest breaks and holidays. I do not force them to do so. Should I?"

HR Tip:
If you do not, you may well be found wanting under the Working Time Regulations. You certainly would be in trouble if an employee had an accident or developed an illness such as stress and it became apparent that you had failed to give them adequate rest and holidays.
