A leading UK provider of human capital management (HCM) systems, COA Solutions (www.coasolutions.com), is launching COA SolutionsOn Demand, on stand H180 at the HR Software Show 2009 (17-18 June at Olympia Conference Centre, London). COA Solutions is also presenting a Masterclass at 14:15 on 18 June advising organisations of the key factors they should consider during the tendering process for a new HR and payroll provider so that they select the best supplier for their needs.

‘COA Solutions On Demand’ provides businesses with three different levels of service to suit their HR and payroll needs – a managed service, a hosted service and a bureau service. These services relieve organisations from the burden of time-consuming administrative processes by enabling them to focus on their core HR and payroll activities.

The portfolio of ‘COA Solutions On Demand’ services can be ‘picked and mixed’ allowing organisations to select the elements of technical, hosting and payroll services that best suit their requirements. All ‘COA Solutions On Demand’ services are available for a fixed, monthly fee, providing a cost-effective way for organisations to streamline efficiencies.

Mark Thompson, Managing Director of COA Solutions, says, “With ‘COA Solutions On Demand’, organisations of all sizes can eliminate the time and costs associated with HR and payroll administration. Whether an organisation just wants their payslips printing or requires a fully hosted HR and payroll service, we have a solution to suit. With COA Solutions acting as an extension of companies’ HR and payroll departments, this allows the company’s staff to concentrate on value-adding activities which is critical during challenging economic times.”

Thompson continues, “As a leading software author in the HCM software market with over 20 years’ experience within the UK HR and payroll industry, businesses have peace of mind that we can reliably fulfil all of their HCM needs.”

In addition to launching ‘COA Solutions On Demand’, COA Solutions will be exhibiting its full range of HCM products including HR, payroll, workflow, HR analytics and time and attendance systems, providing a complete solution for organisations’ HR and payroll needs.

Editor's Welcome

Hello! And welcome back as we enter 2012, with a busy year ahead of us all. With talk of double-dip recessions, a possible partial or even full break-up of the Eurozone and unemployment rates set to hit nearly 9%, topics such as organisational streamlining, staff resilience and talent management are likely to be on many an HR professional's lips over the next 12 months.

But to lighten the gloom here in the UK, we also have the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and its attendant public holidays to look forward to at the start of June. Followed by two weeks of Olympic Games from 27 July to 12 August and the Paralympics from 29 August to 9 September, each generating their own excitement, but also issues to work through for hard-pressed HR departments trying to sort out the multifarious staffing issues in advance.

So with an interesting but challenging year to come, HRZone promises to be with you, supporting you all the way and providing our usual insightful blend of news, analysis, community blogs and expert comment to help you sort the wheat from the chaff. As ever, we love to hear from you too so feel free to either post your words of wisdom to our blog section yourself or, in the case of longer, more in-depth ‘expert voice’ articles, drop me a line with any ideas to cath.everett@siftmedia.co.uk.....
