DPG plc is the first UK-wide CIPD provider to be approved to offer the new CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. This is the natural progression for holders of the CIPD Certificates in HR or Personnel Practice or aspiring/existing HR Managers.

Programmes offering the new CIPD HR Diploma start in September 2011 and will be facilitated by a team of practitioner based HR facilitators including Joss Anderson, a renowned national and international HR professional who regularly delivers CIPD programmes across the globe.
The programme is designed to deliver an environment where practical HR knowledge, skills and understanding are shared and absorbed by all participants. It combines self-study based open learning materials with facilitated workshop events (typically just one day per month).
