Over the past few months I've been lucky enough to meet and speak with people from HR and I've noticed that what used to come under the idea of 'wellbeing' is quickly being seen as an engagement tool and in some cases, simply 'part of how we do things around here' - the culture.
I'll be working on this in 2010 and writing a blog about it this month but would like your feedback as members with an interest in wellbeing.
Would you describe your organisation as having a 'wellbeing culture'? Has wellbeing moved up the agenda in your organisation or has the recession and working lean meant there's been less room for wellbeing than ever before?
