Coral bets on SaaS-based workforce management system
A UK bookie has rolled out WorkPlace System’s Software-as-a-Service-based workforce management offering across 1,700 of its licensed betting shops in order to manage the whereabouts of its 10,000 employees.
The firm's aim in introducing the system was to manage its workers effectively in order to cut costs, reduce administration time and ensure consistent customer service levels. It wanted to deploy the right people in the right place at the right time in order to ensure that its shops were staffed adequately.
